Made in Chelsea
Our challenge was to construct a four-bedroom town house over three storeys including basement in a parcel of land abutting two Georgian properties within the Chelsea Conservation Area. It was like “doing heavy concrete work with the hand of a delicate artist”.

Hampstead is renowned for its upmarket boutiques, gastropubs and restaurants, as well as its Georgian buildings and alleyways. It’s also where Stockbridge is creating new possibilities and living spaces in prime properties.

The Covid lockdown have injected a great deal of unpredictability into the schedules of many a property developer – and this was certainly the case concerning the refurbishment of a large three-bedroom, ground-floor apartment in a grand Belsize Park townhouse last year.

Stockbridge Design & Build was commissioned by Swan Homes last year to deliver a shell-and-core solution for an exclusive residential and commercial development in leafy Fulham, south-west London.
Savvy in Surrey: Structural works for developers
